CQI/IRCA FD104: Introduction to Change Management
Course Outline
This course will provide awareness of the key considerations and approaches to enable effective change in organisations. Delegates should leave the course with the ability to explain to others how understanding organisational change can be used to develop an approach capable of sustaining improvement in customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
This is a 1 day course for 4-12 candidates and costs £300 + VAT per person.
Who Should Attend?
This course is aimed at those participating as a member of a change management team in an organisation.
Prerequisites
Whilst there are no formal requirements, please note that this course is very much focused on improvement and change being applied within a manufacturing organisation.
