After months of hard work behind the scenes, we are pleased to announce that we are now offering a range of CQI approved Foundation level eCourses. With no deadlines or time restrictions, our eCourses are designed to be completed online at your own pace. The online package is inclusive of materials, issue of certificate and tutor support if required.
The eCourses available are:
- FD102 Introduction to Problem Solving
- FD103 Introduction to Risk Management
- FD104 Introduction to Change Management
- FD106 Introduction to Process Design
- FD107 Introduction to Management Systems
These foundation courses provide delegates with a basic awareness and understanding of a broad range of skills and knowledge related to quality and auditing, and are designed specifically for individuals who are new to quality, or who work in other functions or professions.
Each eCourse will typically include a detailed eLearner Pack which includes:
- TT-01 Delegate Workbook
- TT-02 Learning Pack
- Any support documents required such as standards etc.
These documents will be referenced during the training. Each session will begin with a video presentation followed by an activity to consolidate the learning process. There will be between 6 and 10 activities depending on the course you have selected. The time to complete the course will be roughly 2-4 weeks depending on your pace of study, although you can take as much or as little time as you wish.
When you complete a course you will receive a report detailing your score and any areas you need to address. You will gain a “Certificate of Completion”. This does not imply that you have passed all elements of the course, it states that you have completed the course.
