The Client
One of the main goals for our client is to develop their workforce to operate without outside support. This is in line with the KSA 2030 vision. We supported the development of their quality and standards personnel to achieve this goal.
The Solution
We created a competency programme to develop the skills of the quality team to meet the challenges for the client using home grown talent.
The programme involved training the team to understand and be able to support and manage the Quality Management Systems. The ultimate competency required by the team was to become ISO 9001 Lead Auditors.
As many members of the team were new to quality we devised a programme to develop the necessary skills to achieve this goal. This ranged from foundation level through to professional level training.
Since the Covid pandemic we have delivered the training either as eCourses or as Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT)

- PT236 ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor – Practitioner VILT

Introduction to Management Systems
This course provides delegates with an awareness of management systems in general. Delegates leave the course with the capability to explain to others how customer and stakeholder requirements relevant to their organisation can be used to develop a management approach focused on sustaining improvement in customer satisfaction.
Since this is an eCourse delegates can study in their own time.
ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Foundation
This is a 1 day course which provides delegates who have an existing, basic knowledge of quality management with an understanding of the management systems approach and the requirements of ISO 9001. It provides a basis for delegates who wish to go on to complete CQI and IRCA Certified QMS Auditor Training courses.
ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Internal Auditor – Practitioner
A 2 day course which builds on previous understanding, with the aim of the course to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills required to perform an internal audit of part of a quality management system. And report on the effective implementation and maintenance of the management system in accordance with ISO 19011.
PR328 ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor – Professional
The aim of this course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills required to perform first, second and third-party audits of quality management systems against ISO 9001, in accordance with ISO 19011 and ISO 17021, as applicable.
