We offer 7 core tools courses separately or as an eCourse Bundle. Courses include APQP & Control Plan Methodology and AIAG & VDA DFMEA training. Individual courses are available in person. All courses and the bundle are available as eCourses to study at a time that suits you.
AIAG & VDA DFMEA

This two-day course provides you with a hands-on approach using a Case Study to develop a DFMEA using the new methodology in line with the methods specified in the AIAG VDA Failure Mode and Effects Analysis FMEA Handbook Edition 1. The course takes delegates through the new 7 step approach using the Case Study which allows delegates to practice each of the 7 steps.
This course is also available as a virtual course for £750 + VAT.
Automotive Core Tools eCourse Bundle

This Automotive Core Tools eCourse Bundle covers all of the core tools used within the Automotive Sector, namely, AIAG and VDA PFMEA, APQP and Control Plan Methodology, Measurement Systems Analysis, Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
The total indicative hours for the bundle is 48. You will have access to the courses for 12 months giving you the ability to complete the courses at your own pace and at a time that suits you. Included within the price, you will receive certificates of attendance for each of the modules completed.
