This PT202 practitioner level performance management course teaches skills in the management of process operation and performance.

This CQI/IRCA certified PT202: Performance Management course will provide practical skills development in the management of process operation and performance. Learners will leave the course with the capability of leading teams in the development of their management processes and be able to develop a set of performance measures that indicate how well operational processes meet customer and stakeholder requirements.

Who Should Attend?

This PT202 performance management course is aimed at those managing process performance and the development of performance measures supporting customer and stakeholder needs.

Prerequisites

Whilst there are no formal prerequisites, it is recommended that candidates attend FD106: Introduction to Process Design prior to taking this course.

Additionally, learners will need to have mathematical skills. A basic understanding of mathematics to be able to calculate; mean and standard deviation will be required. Some of the activities will be challenging if the learner has no mathematical skills.
