This CQI/IRCA certified PT202: Performance Management course will provide practical skills development in the management of process operation and performance. Learners will leave the course with the capability of leading teams in the development of their management processes and be able to develop a set of performance measures that indicate how well operational processes meet customer and stakeholder requirements.

Who Should Attend?

This PT202 performance management course is aimed at those managing process performance and the development of performance measures supporting customer and stakeholder needs.

Prerequisites

Whilst there are no formal prerequisites, it is recommended that candidates attend FD106: Introduction to Process Design prior to taking this course.

Additionally, learners will need to have mathematical skills. A basic understanding of mathematics to be able to calculate; mean and standard deviation will be required. Some of the activities will be challenging if the learner has no mathematical skills.

This allows learners the flexibility to view materials on a laptop, tablet or to print if preferred.

We will also provide loan copies of the necessary standards for use during the course.

Do you have a residential option?

How do I access my online course?

When you purchase an eCourse via our website you will receive an email containing instructions and an access code for your training. Follow the link on the instructions to our training platform and you can redeem the access code to gain immediate access to your course.

How do examinations work with an online course?

This course contains an online examination at the end of the training content. We use a proctoring platform to allow us to conduct these exams remotely. When you complete the training content, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time and date for you to take the examination. Please note that identification is needed to undertake the examination.
