This ISO 45001 course aims to provide learners who have an existing basic knowledge of, or experience in, occupational health and safety management, with an understanding of the management systems approach and the ISO 45001 requirements. It additionally provides a basis for learners who wish to go on to complete CQI and IRCA Certified OHSMS Auditor Training courses. Successfully completing the CQI and IRCA Certified ISO 45001 course does not satisfy the training requirement to become an IRCA certificated OHSMS auditor.

Who Should Attend ISO 45001 Course?

This ISO 45001 course is aimed at those beginning their career in OH&S management with an auditing role, quality engineers, technicians and similar.

Prerequisites

Recommended prior knowledge:

a) Management systems

The Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) cycle

b) Occupational Health & Safety Management

A basic knowledge of managing occupational health and safety through hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control and compliance with legal requirements and other requirements

c) Common examples of relevant national and local OH&S legislation and requirements

Do you offer in-house training?

Yes, all our training courses can be delivered in house for your team, we also offer a bespoke training option if you need the training tailored to your organisation or specific requirements.

Are training materials provided?

Yes, all learners will receive a comprehensive set of training materials. As we are conscious of our environmental impact, our default position is that materials are provided digitally through our partner Mimeo Digital. This allows learners the flexibility to view materials on a laptop, tablet or to print if preferred.

We will also provide loan copies of the necessary standards for use during the course.

Do you have a residential option?

We don’t offer a residential option, but if you require accommodation during your training please contact us and we can provide you with a list of recommended local hotels.
